There are 4 different ways to purchase:

Fees: $4.50-$7.50 service charge per ticket
+ shipping fee

Accepts: Credit and Debit, only.

3 – At the Box Office

The CrossroadsKC Box Office is located on the west side of the venue and is open on concerts nights ONLY.

Buy tickets when you get to the venue.*
Box Office is open ~5pm-10pm on concert nights.
*assuming tickets are not Sold Out

Fees: No extra charges or fees!

Accepts: Cash or Credit.

Ticket types: GA, Bleachers, and VIP

 

 

4 – At Local Ticket Outlets

The majority of our concerts are All Ages, however, it is always best to check our Calendar for official concert info.

Note: They Might Be Giants on June 6^th is AGES 14+ ONLY.

Children ages 2 and younger are admitted for free when accompanied with a paying adult. Limit 2 children per adult.

All ages, from 3 to 103, require a paid admission ticket.

When purchasing online or over the phone, you can choose from the following shipping options:

Mail

• Delivered by: USPS snail mail
• Cost: $1.50 per order

Will Call

• Tickets are not delivered, instead you pick them up from Will Call at the Box Office on the concert night.

Keep your tickets in a cool, dry and safe place.

Treat your tickets as if they are cash. Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued. This policy is strictly enforced.

Yes. You can access your PrintPasses up to five times. But before trying to print again, check that you have enough ink in your printer and the latest Adobe PDF reader.

CrossroadsKC is an outdoor venue, and all concerts are Rain or Shine. This includes everything from Drizzling & Raining to 100 Degrees & Sunny. The show will go on, and please understand that we may have to adjust music times to let the weather pass. Bring a poncho and come prepared if it calls for rain; re-entry is not allowed even during a rainstorm.

Your safety is our number one concern: we reserve the right to limit or cancel music during inclement weather.
