By using the “Buy Tickets” button next to each show on our Event Calendar.

2 – Over the Phone

Sunday: Noon to 8 pm EST

3 – At the Box Office

Buy tickets when you get to the venue.*
Box Office is open 2 hours before listed door time on concert nights.
*assuming tickets are not Sold Out

[accordion-item title=”Are children free?”]Children ages 2 and younger are admitted for free when accompanied with a paying adult. Limit 2 children per adult.

All ages, from 3 to 103, require a paid admission ticket.

When purchasing online or over the phone, you can choose from the following shipping options:

PrintPass

  • Delivered by: Email (can be used printed or on your phone)
  • Cost: Free!

Will Call

  • Tickets are not delivered, instead you pick them up from Will Call at the Box Office on the concert night.
  • Cost: Free!

[accordion-item title=”I found tickets on Ebay, should I buy them?”] Buyer Beware when purchasing tickets through private sellers such as Ebay, Craigslist, StubHub, Facebook, etc.

CrossroadsKC cannot guarantee tickets purchased through these parties.

[accordion-item title=”Can I buy Season Tickets?”] Yes! CrossroadsKC is pleased to offer a very limited number of Season Tickets for the season.

or email info@CrossroadsKC.com and have a scanned or electronic copy of the police report ready. For lost tickets: Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued. This policy is strictly enforced.

PrintPass Tickets

[accordion-item title=”My PrintPass instructions did not arrive in my email, but I have a confirmation receipt.”] First, remain calm. Did you check your spam/junk folder? If your PrintPasses are not there either, do not fret as you have an order confirmation. Do not purchase new tickets, you will not be refunded for making multiple orders.

[accordion-item title=”What if it rains during a concert? What if it is crazy hot outside?”] CrossroadsKC is an outdoor venue, and all concerts are Rain or Shine. This includes everything from Drizzling & Raining to 100 Degrees & Sunny. The show will go on, and please understand that we may have to adjust music times to let the weather pass. Bring a poncho and come prepared if it calls for rain; re-entry is not allowed even during a rainstorm.

Your safety is our number one concern: we reserve the right to limit or cancel music during inclement weather.
