CrossroadsKC Complete Ticketing Terms

  •  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for ANY REASON.  All acts, times and locations are subject to change without notice. Shows are RAIN or SHINE; CrossroadsKC reserves the right to limit stage sets during severe weather. Your safety is our #1 concern.
  • Name changes for WILL CALL delivery method must be addressed before the day of show.  If you absolutely need to issue your tickets to someone else, then the entire order must be placed under Will Call and only one (1) Will Call name change is allowed. And all tickets on the order must be picked up by the new name on the order WITH a valid form of ID.
  • Print/Mobile/Hard Copy Ticket-  The person who purchased the order does not have to be present to use the ticket/s on these delivery methods. HOWEVER- We will not be able to assist anyone whose name is NOT on the ticket order (with order details, name changes, issues with downloading ticket.) If you know you are giving your ticket to someone before the day of show, it is always smart to give us a call and update the name on the order.
  • Ticket users consent to their image being used by CrossroadsKC, especially if you stop and pose for the media staff.
  • Counterfeited tickets and/or wristbands will be confiscated, and the persons holding, using, wearing or selling counterfeit ticket(s) and/or wristband(s) will be ejected from the venue and are subject to prosecution under local, state and federal laws.
  • All persons determined by CrossroadsKC to be acting in an illegal, offensive or disorderly fashion will be ejected from the venue without refund.
  • The same people who operate all of Pipeline Ticketing are the same people who run the Box Office during the show.  Any and all last minute ticket issues need to be addressed at the Box Office directly. “Last minute” includes trying to contact Pipeline Ticketing via phone or email on the day of the show, and “ticket issues” includes anything related to tickets, purchased tickets, and attempted ticket purchases to a show at CrossroadsKC. All ticket sales are final!  There are no refunds for “I tried to get a hold of you, but no one answered.”  Come see us at the Box Office, we’re there to help you!

Advance Online Orders:
9.6% State Sales Tax (Applied to base price only)
$3-$15 Service Fee (Depending on base price)

Advance Phone Orders:
9.6% State Sales Tax (Applied to base price only)
$3-$15 Service Fee (Depending on base price)
$4.50 Etix Phone Order Fee

Advance Outlet Purchase:
9.6% State Sales Tax (Applied to base price only)
$2-$2.99 Outlet Fee (Depending on base price)

Box Office Purchases on Day of Show (DOS):
DOS GA Base Price Increases $2-$10 (Varies)
9.6% Sales Tax (Applied to DOS base price)
